Got Questions or an Issue?

There are a couple of ways to get answers or solutions.

First, you can click on the "HELP" tab (Figure 1a) to the left and the question or comment will be sent to our support team. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Or you can use the SEARCH box (Figure 1b) at the top right to see if the question or problems is addressed elsewhere.

Or you could browse TOPICS or QUESTIONS by clicking on the "Community Browse" link (Figure 1c) to the right. That way you can see if your fellow users are discussing your issue and join the conversation.

And you can always look under the "Contact Us" tab (Figure 1d) and reach out to us directly.
